CALL FOR PAPER
 
To emphasize the scientific value of The XV National Congress of Indonesian Society of Respirology (KONAS XV PDPI) which will be held on 22 -23 September 2017 at Adimulia Hotel Medan, the Organizing Committee herewith coardially invites the specialist and physicians the Call for Paper.
 
Oral and Poster Presenter need to complete the registration formalities before submitting their abstract. Abstracts will not be processed until the registration fee have been recieved and acknowledged.
 
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The deadline for sending abstracts not later than 15 August 2017
Abstract are submitted in english via email to konaspdpi2017@gmail.com
Asbtract should be sent along with personal data as follow:
  • Title of Research
  • Full Name of The Presenter
  • Presenter’ Phone Number
  • Presenter’ Institution and its Complete Address
 
FORMAT of ABSTRACT
  1. Abstract typed with arial font size 11
  2. Single spacing
  3. Justify adjustment
  4. Max 200 words
  5. The content consist of:
  • Title
  • Introduction
  • Conclusion (s)
  • Key words
  • Name of presenter should be written right after the title and it should be underlined and followed by the instituion and complete address
REVISION and REVIEW of ABSTRACT
  • Revision of the abstract submitted allow for one time only. A clear revision must be recieved no later than 15 August 2017
  • Abstract will be reviewed by the scientific committee on 20 August 2017
  • Notification of abstract accepted or rejected through e-mail will be on 25 August 2017
  • Appearance in oral or poster will be decided by the scientific committee
 
ABSTRACT PUBLICATION
  • Abstract that have been reviewed and accepted by the scientific committee will be printed in abstract book.
  • The committee has the right to do editing on the abstract format for the purpose of printing
 
ORAL PRESENTATION
  • Notification of schedule of presentation will be sent via email on 25 August 2017
  • Presentation will be held on 22 – 23 September 2017
  • The time given for oral presentation will be 7 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of discussion
  • The presentation willbe reviewed by the commitee.
  • Lcd and in focus will be provided by the committee
 
POSTER PRESENTATION
  • Notification of schedule of presentation will be sent via email on 25 August 2017
  • All posters will be displayed at the area appointed on 22 – 23 September 2017
  • Poster should be placed according to the number position as inform in the acceptance notification
  • Poster size is 120 cm (length) x 100cm (width)
  • Poster should be easily and clearly readable from distance of 1 meter or more
  • The title, author name, institution and complete address is placed at the top of the poster
  • Poster shoud cover background, methods, result and conclution of the study
  • Assessment for the poster will be done by reviwer and therefore each presenter should stand beside their poster to answer the question (the schedule will be emailed)
  • Materials for sticking poster will be provided by the committee
 
AWARD
Award will be given by the committee for 3 (three) best authors/presenter each on oral and poster presentation
The announcement will be informed on closing ceremony
